Aug 28, 2026 — All 50 states now checked, 13 with active programs
Every state in the country now has a page — 13 with a real grant, tax credit, or mandatory insurance discount, and the other 37 confirmed to have nothing yet, each sourced individually rather than assumed. Minnesota joins the active list: a real, legislature-established program (since 2023) still in pilot phase, targeting 2027 implementation. Georgia is the one no-program state worth a second look — no grant, but a real insurance-discount mechanism through the Georgia Underwriting Association.

Aug 28, 2026 — County and parish pages added for 6 states
Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, North Carolina, Louisiana, and South Carolina all have real per-county or per-parish eligibility differences, so each now has its own page — 62 in total. Every state page with counties links out to them under "Find your county." The other states either have uniform statewide eligibility or eligibility that isn't geographic, so they don't get county pages.
